After circumcision

1. After circumcision,  after about 2 hours, there may be a little pain,  give the baby painkiller again.  You can give the baby painkiller every 5-6 hours. 

2. First day, the red medicine that we gave you, use it on the lesion about every half hour.

3. After finishing the red medicine, Use pomad on the lesion 4-5 times a day.

4. You can send us penis foto for control whenever you want by whatsapp.

5. Lesion must be open. You shouldn’t cover it completely. If the lesion doesn’t have air, it can not heal. If you use diapers, open it for air once a while.

6. Normal Water shouldn’t touch the lesion for 3 days. (72 hours)

After 72 hours, the baby must have a bath with soap water.

7. The baby may go round and walk after 3-4 hours after circumcision.  Don’t force him to rest. Active children get recover sooner.

8. While using the medicine,  push back the penis skin as possible as you can.

9. After bath, child can begin to his normal life.

10. There may be blood one or two drops. It is normal. But if the bleeding continues, call the doctor.
